Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
At OWOLABI DATA, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent digital services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which a refund may or may not be issued.
1. SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTIONS
Once airtime, data, cable TV subscription, electricity token, education PIN or any other digital product has been successfully delivered to the number, account, meter, smartcard or other details supplied by the customer, the transaction is considered completed and cannot be reversed or refunded.
Customers are responsible for confirming all recipient details before completing a purchase.
2. FAILED TRANSACTIONS
Where a transaction fails and the customer's wallet has been debited, the amount will normally be refunded automatically to the customer's OWOLABI DATA wallet.
If an automatic refund does not occur within a reasonable period, the customer should contact our support team with the transaction reference for investigation.
3. PENDING TRANSACTIONS
Transactions marked as Pending, Processing or Awaiting Confirmation are not immediately eligible for refund.
Such transactions may still be completed by the network or service provider. We will first confirm the final status of the transaction before any refund is processed.
Customers should not repeat a pending transaction unless advised to do so, as this may result in multiple successful purchases.
4. INCORRECT CUSTOMER DETAILS
OWOLABI DATA will not be responsible for transactions successfully delivered to an incorrect phone number, meter number, smartcard number, account number or other information entered by the customer.
Please carefully verify all details before confirming payment.
5. WALLET FUNDING
Funds successfully credited to a customer's OWOLABI DATA wallet are intended for purchases on our platform.
Requests to withdraw or reverse wallet funding may be reviewed individually and may be subject to applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, fraud-prevention checks and other reasonable administrative requirements.
6. DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS
Where a genuine duplicate debit occurs due to a technical error on our platform, we will investigate the transaction records and refund any amount confirmed to have been incorrectly charged.
A transaction intentionally submitted more than once by the customer will not automatically qualify as a duplicate transaction.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Some services are fulfilled through mobile networks, banks, payment processors, utility companies and other third-party providers.
Where a refund depends on confirmation or reversal from a third-party provider, the refund may only be completed after we receive confirmation of the final transaction status.
8. REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the customer's OWOLABI DATA wallet unless another refund method is specifically approved by us.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the nature of the transaction and the service provider involved.
9. FRAUDULENT OR DISPUTED TRANSACTIONS
Refund requests involving suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, chargebacks, account abuse or conflicting transaction records may be temporarily placed under review while appropriate verification is carried out.
10. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team and provide:
• Your registered account details
• Transaction reference
• Date and amount of the transaction
• Service purchased
• A brief explanation of the issue
Providing complete and accurate information will help us resolve the matter faster.
11. POLICY UPDATES
OWOLABI DATA reserves the right to update this Refund Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our services, payment methods, provider requirements or applicable regulations.
By using OWOLABI DATA, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
